As a dual practitioner in both litigation and mediation, Brandon A. Takahashi specializes in advice and counseling, conflict resolution, contract negotiation, and employment litigation in both State and Federal Court, with boutique emphases in national and international hospitality, and the medical industry.
Mr. Takahashi utilizes his experience and skills to advise and counsel clients on all manner of employment and corporate operations-related issues, including risk management related to national mergers and acquisitions, executive contract negotiations and preparation, employee discipline and termination, leave management, proper employee classification, and sexual harassment training.
As an experienced litigator, he has handled all aspects of litigation, including trial and arbitration, in claims regarding all types of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, Fair Employment and Housing Act retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, Family Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act violations, and complex wage and hour claims.
Mr. Takahashi has also expanded his practice to handle dispute and conflict resolution specifically for all types of claims stemming from labor and employment law, in order to provide tailored services based on real-world experience as a litigator.
